Traffic Safety related to Schools

                                        Advocacy Items

Schools generate their own unique hazardous traffic conditions.  The following areas could well benefit from an oversight committee comprised of members from the public, the school board, the PTO, law enforcement, public works, etc.    

Funds through the Safe Routes to School program were approved for Strawberry Hill Ave. in the spring of 2006. The concept plan has been completed but the design and construction is pending.
